Job Description
The Lead Teacher functions as the school leader, but not at the level of principal. The Lead Teacher also has teaching responsibilities.

Qualifications:
•Eligible for denominational administration endorsement
• Eligible for denominational teacher certificate
• Adventist K-8 school experience/training preferred
• Administrative experience and/or training preferred
• Prior teaching experience preferred
• Effective business management skills
• Effective interpersonal skills

Requirements:
• Practicing member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
• Achieved no less than a Bachelor’s Degree
• Local Fingerprint and Background Check clearance
• Sterling Volunteers clearance
