Assists the Dean of Young Women - Kimbrough Hall with supervising and coordinating the activities of the residents of the girl’s dorm.

• Keeps in close touch with the students’ physical needs with the aid of the academy health service.
• Ensures proper sign-out procedure for all activities outside the dormitory.
• Serves as a counselor and to stimulate the intellectual, spiritual, and cultural growth of the students.
• Prevents misconduct, investigates reported misconduct of students, and brings problems to the attention of the Dean of Student Affairs.
• Serves as adviser of the dormitory clubs.

Requirements
• Practicing member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
• FBI Fingerprint, Criminal background and child abuse clearances

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and experience with adolescent youth, preferred
• Strong counseling and/or mediation skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong people skills
